From loudhailer to conversation...

NZ Herald article about what the the convergence of Broadcast Media and emergence of Social Media means to marketers (and clients) trying to find a balance between "Loudhailer" mass marketing and personalised "Conversation" marketing...  Now all we need to do is figure out how to conduct 300,000 personal conversations a month and we'll be set...
