That's the nicest, most succinct explanation of twitter I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing this. However, what would also be great is an equally clear and simple demonstration of how your typical small to medium sized business should be using twitter.

We have no video demonstration of this particular subject at the moment but if we find one we will be sure to post.

In our opinion we think that the way businesses of any size should use twitter vary from business to business, each have different goals that they need to fulfil. Overall it's really important to draw up a long term strategy that both listen to the audience and engage with consumers. You need to do more than pushing out promotions; instead try asking the consumers what they think of your product/service or what they would like to see in the future. Listen to the user & react to what they have to say.
