Great campaign started by Best Buy.

The Twelpforce has around 1,000 Best Buy employees which will answer product questions, troubleshoot technology challenges and solve customer service issues, all from the comfort of the users’ keyboard or mobile phone all via Twitter

Smart way to create interaction and engage with the audience especially if the audience is coming to you for help rather the brand hounding the audience.

Title pages should be created accurately and must be unique. Targeted Keywords should be placed in the title from start and also to be used frequently in the whole page. For example keyword “Caribbean” should be use as “The Caribbean is no doubt a one of the world’s most inspiring destination”.
