Social Media ROI

It seems fitting that the first post we should launch the new ZenithOptimedia NZ blog with is about the dramatic social and media change being driven by the rapid emergence of social media.

Whilst this change has started at incredible pace we have really only just begun. The technology that is giving new voice to people of the world, evidenced in Iran, and changing the way we create and disseminate news and information, is likely to become the new norm. Will Twitter and Facebook become the CNN of tomorrow? Not likely in the short term, but something from the world of social media is certain to give them a pretty strong challenge.
